2. The service
IStudyPlanner creates practice questions from material supplied by users. Generated content is provided for study and informational purposes and is not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or suitable for any examination.
3. User responsibilities
- You must have the right to upload and use the material you provide.
- You may not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or malicious content.
- You must verify important answers against your source material.
- You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
4. IStudyPlanner Pro and payments
IStudyPlanner Pro is offered for the price displayed at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment provider. Any taxes, currency conversion, or payment-provider terms shown at checkout also apply.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in our Privacy & Policies page. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your uploaded material. IStudyPlanner and its original design, branding, software, and site content remain the property of the service owner and its licensors.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Material changes to these terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
8. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, IStudyPlanner is provided “as is” without warranties. The service owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of generated questions or reliance on results.

Access may be limited or terminated when these terms are violated, when required by law, or when necessary to protect the service and its users.
